All products' measurements are rough estimates. We may not include measurements in some product's descriptions so please contact us for this information before purchasing.
Please read the item's description and view all photos. If you have any questions about the items, their conditions or our policies, please ask before ordering. Occasionally, we may call you directly if there's an issue with your order. Please leave a message in the notes box if you prefer all communication be done by email.
We currently only accept payment via PayPal. If you pay via PayPal echeck, the order will not be shipped until the echeck is cleared.
We welcome invoice requests.
A cleared payment is required within 24 hours so we can process and pack your order for shipping. If no payment is made within 24 hours, the order will be canceled. However, unpaid item(s) will be available to other buyers so it is best to pay immediately. If we made a mistake in the description and/or the item(s) is out of stock, we will contact you about a replacement or issue a partial or full refund immediately.
Once payment is made, we cannot cancel the order.

We normally ship within 3 business days after receiving payment (via USPS's First Class Mail in most cases). Packages weighing more than 13 oz will be shipped via Priority Mail. We ship orders Monday to Friday. Any orders placed on a Friday will not be shipped until the following week.
We will ship to the shipping address provided in your eCRATER order. This shipping address must be the same as the 'ship to' address chosen during payment submission via PayPal. The buyer is responsible for supplying the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for any delays/lost packages due to shipping address errors. If you made a mistake, please contact us immediately so we can correct the error.
Shipping fee includes actual shipping cost, delivery confirmation fee, packaging and handling.
Shipping fee is combined for multiple items in one order so the more you buy, the more you save on shipping. We issue a partial refund whenever the combined shipping cost is less than what you paid. Shipping fee is subject to change at any time, depending on what USPS charges to ship your order.
Shipping fees may vary for Priority Mail packages, depending on where the buyers are located. We are located on the West Coast so in some cases, shipping Priority Mail packages to West Coast buyers cost less than to East Coast buyers.
If it's more affordable to ship your order in a flat rate box, we will choose this option.
Flat Rate Boxes: 70 pounds limit
Small flat rate box: we do not use this box due to its size.
Medium flat rate box: $14.00 (Inside Dimensions: 11" x 8-1/2" x 5-1/2")
Large flat rate box: $19.50 (Inside Dimensions: 12" x 12" x 5-1/2")
Requests for a shipping quote or reserved listing are always welcomed. Reserved listings are available for 24 hours.
