What is the product's condition?
Memo pads and other stationery may have some unavoidable minor defects such as scratches on the plastic cover, sticker residue, price stickers, etc. A new item may have been removed from its packaging for inspection but has all of its original content. Photos may not reflect the exact shade of color/brightness of the item(s). Any major defects will be mentioned in the item's description. If you would like additional information, please contact us before placing an order. These items come from a non-smoking, cat friendly home.

How do you process and pack an order?
First, we confirm that we are shipping the right item(s) to the right address by following what is written on your eCRATER invoice. Second, we pack the item(s) using the appropriate envelope or box. Please contact us before placing an order if you have any concerns about our packaging method or require more protection for your item(s).

What should I expect after I placed an order?
As online shoppers, we appreciate sellers who provide great communication and keep us informed of the order status. This is why once we are notified of your paid order, we will send you a message to confirm that we have received your order and inform you of the shipping date. In some cases, we need to reconfirm your shipping address. Please contact us within 24 hours if you did not receive this message. After your order is securely packed, it will be shipped via USPS. You will receive a message containing the order's shipping info and delivery confirmation number. You will be notified of any delays immediately. In some cases, an order you placed may have items that are no longer available because the items you wanted to buy were paid for a few minutes before you were able to. If this applies to an order you placed, we will issue a refund as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours.

What are the benefits of delivery confirmation?
We absolutely love delivery confirmation because it benefits the seller and buyer. We both get peace of mind for a very low fee. It's very disappointing and frustrating when a package is lost so DC significantly reduces this chance. Delivery time varies so knowing your package's last known location is necessary to estimate its arrival. Once your package is processed at your local post office, you are likely to receive it within 2 business days. DC is especially important during the holidays and periods of inclement weather.

How should stationery be stored?
We've noticed that items like memo pads tend to curl upward in extreme temperature (cold). It's best to store them in a stable temperature environment. A drawer or a closed cardboard box is ideal. To keep a memo pad in its original shape, place it in a resealable cellophane bag.

Do you ship internationally?
We do not ship internationally because we cannot provide delivery confirmation.
